ST. PAUL'S CHURCH

The proposed scheme is in response to an international design competition to provide a new concert hall and public square for the city of Rakvere, Estonia. The design comprises of two new music halls with seating for 540 people, an exhibition space and a new main entrance.  The proposed building connects to a refurbished church originally constructed in 1940 which opens onto the public square.
